BDS Promotions is nailing up wanted posters all over the Tri-State Area. Seems that the “wheelman” known in these here parts as “the Gambler” is on the loose, and has the Super Late Model division at his mercy.

This “Gambler” feller has been unstoppable at ‘the Bullring’ known as the Tyler County Speedway, and them BDS dudes are offering a $500 reward for anyone who can beat this Paul Wilmoth Jr. feller, fair & square, in a 25 lap shootout. If’n no one can can out duel this here Wilmoth on Saturday night, then them BDS guys say the bounty will go up every week until the reward is claimed. Read more

May 04, 2008 -- Wilmoth Still Perfect At The Bullring

Despite threatening weather, BDS Promotions stared down Ma Nature to get race #3 of the 2008 season in the books. The faithful fans of 'the Bullring' were rewarded with some thrilling racing, as again over 100 cars filled the pits.

Paul Wilmoth Jr has been near perfect in the '08 season at Tyler County, and again displayed the kind of talent required to win at the ultra fast quarter mile by scoring his 3rd win in the 'Midcap Land & Timber' Late Model division in as many attempts.

Apr 29, 2008 -- Tyler County Speedway adds Super Late Model special to this weekends card!

Tyler County Speedway's BDS Promotions has once again answered the call!

Fans of 'the Bullring' were wowed by last Saturday nights 'Topless 50', and let the track's promotional team know "We want more!" So when the Independent Racing Series scheduled Saturday night show was cancelled, and knowing that the series would be visiting the nearby Elkins (WV) Speedway the night prior, the wheels were set in motion.

Apr 27, 2008 -- Wilmoth Wins 14th Annual Topless 50

It's official. Paul Wilmoth Jr is on a hot streak.

The Clarksburg, WV hotshoe mastered the highbanks of the Tyler County Speedway, turning back a star studded field to become the first 3 time winner of the nations 2nd oldest topless late model event.

'How can you explain this?' Wilmoth exclaimed when asked about his current win streak in the victory lane interview. 'I've been blessed, it just means so much to be the first 3 time winner of this race, especially when you have the opportunity to race with guys like Balzano, Dohm and Carrier.'

Apr 22, 2008 -- Tyler County Speedway Set To Host 14th Annual Topless 50

The Tyler County Speedway will play host to the tri-state area’s fastest Super Late Models, as ‘the Bullring’ hosts the 14th annual ‘Topless 50’ on Saturday, April 26th. The nations 2nd oldest Topless Late Model event is a must see for the true Late Model fan, with the outcome seldom decided before the checkered flag falls. Read more

Apr 14, 2008 -- “Saturday Night Fever” This Saturday at the Tyler County Speedway

After old man winter put a damper on the ‘bullring’ last week it’s time to catch a little “Saturday Night Fever” this Saturday Night, April 19th as Tyler County Speedway will be the place to be for a throwback evening of racing action. A 70’s/ Three Dog Night will welcome race fans as it’s all about being groovy and all about threes as a special buy two general admission tickets at regular price and pick up a third for just $3, plus get three of our famous hot dogs for only $3, and featuring a ‘no holds barred’ hot dog eating contest at intermission, and last week’s feature winners “hot dogs” will take part in a pre race autograph session. Tyler County Speedway official have cancelled Tax Relief Night for Saturday Night, April 12th due to wet grounds and track conditions.

Practice has been moved from Tuesday April 15th to Wednesday Night, April 16th.  Gates open at 5.

Resisting the current trend to increase admission prices, Tyler County Speedway raised the curtain on the 2008 season, rewarding area race fans with the action packed, side by side racing that 'the Bullring' fans have come to expect.

Those taking checkered flags were Paul Wilmoth Jr., Dave Defibaugh, Freddy Carpenter, Brian Shaffer, Jacob Lash, Mitch Eddy, David Wamsley and Zack Kimbrew.
